Herbal Medicine addresses the body, not the symptoms.  For example, there may be several reasons your body is inflamed creating arthritis and the herbs will address these root causes.  The herbs are a chemical-free method to correct imbalances and harmonize the body in a natural, gentle way.  Herbal medicine also avoids the undesirable side effects that come with many western pharmaceutical solutions to health issues.

The Herbs We Use

Each herbal formula is customized based on your specific needs and treatment plan.  There are about 25 herbs that are most frequently used in our herbal formulas which include ginger, cinnamon, ginseng, licorice, and various flower roots and tree bark.  A part of your treatment plan will be an itemized list of all the herbs in your customized herbal formula.  The combination and dosages of these herbs are based on over 2,000 years of practice by traditional herbalists.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Take The Herbs?

The herbs are provided in the form of granules which will dissolve in hot water to create a tea. The granules are concentrated extracts of raw herbs.  The raw herbs are grown, harvested and extracted adhering to the highest standards to maintain their natural and chemical-free state.

How Long Will It Take To See Results?

It sounds like a standard disclaimer, but results vary by patients. We have seen tremendous results within a few days of taking the herbs and we’ve also seen results after many months.  Please remember that the herbs are nature’s medicine and do not have harsh man-made substances in them. It may take more effort to make your daily herbal tea, rather than pop a pill. But you should feel confident that you are treating your body kindly and working on healing your entire self to achieve full body health.

Will I Be On Herbs Forever?

No. Once you are back to good health, we will discuss a plan for your future wellness. We want to make sure that once you are healthy, you stay healthy.
